Terms & Conditions – YMCA Crewe Children’s Sessions
By registering your child for any YMCA Crewe sessions, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Attendance Policy – No Show Procedure
- If a child is absent for three sessions without prior notice, their booking will be cancelled, and the place may be allocated to a child on the waiting list.
- Notice of absence must be given before the session begins, via phone, text, or email.
- This policy is in place to reduce non-attendance and ensure all children have fair access to our services.
2. Medical Conditions
- All medical conditions and allergies must be fully disclosed during registration.
- Any changes to medical information must be reported to us by emailing: millie.oldroyd@ymcacrewe.org.uk.
3. Illness Policy
- Children must not attend any session if they have shown signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, fever) within 48 hours before the session.
- This is to safeguard the health and well-being of all children and staff attending.
4. Behaviour and Conduct
- YMCA Crewe reserves the right to remove any child from a session or ongoing programme if they are found to be:
- Bullying others
- Repeatedly misbehaving
- Displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour
- This is to maintain a positive and safe environment for all participants.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- While every effort is made to provide a safe and supervised environment, YMCA Crewe and its staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the session.
